Install Writer on your Mac
- Find the installer file in your Downloads folder.
Double click on the installer DMG file.
- Move Robynn Writer to Applications.
Quit any open copy of Writer. Drag Robynn Writer.app into your Applications folder and choose Replace if asked. If an older Writer.app is still there, move that app to the Trash or keep it as a backup elsewhere. Your documents are stored separately from the app.
- Open Robynn Writer from Applications.
If you kept Writer in your Dock, remove its old shortcut and add Robynn Writer. Open a draft or start a new one. Connect AI later if you want it.
