Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Welcome to Robynn AI. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered marketing platform.
2. Google Analytics and Google API Data
An organization administrator may choose to connect a Google Analytics 4
property to Robynn AI. This optional connection requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly scope. It allows us to read analytics information, but it does not allow
us to create, edit, or delete data or settings in your Google Analytics account.
2.1 Data We Access
- Google Analytics account and property metadata, including account and property identifiers, names, the selected property, and its website or data-stream domain
- Aggregate reporting data for selected date ranges, including page paths and titles, page or screen views, sessions, engagement rate, bounce rate, average session duration, new and total users, and key events or conversions
- Authorization and connection metadata needed to maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the integration
We use aggregate website-performance reports and do not use this integration to retrieve visitor-level profiles, Google Drive files, email messages, or other unrelated Google account content.
2.2 How We Use Google Analytics Data
- Display analytics, trends, top pages, and goal performance in Content Studio, Brand Monitor, Website Studio, reports, and related organization dashboards
- Synchronize aggregate metrics with your organization's content and website records so you can measure published work over time
- Use aggregate traffic and conversion signals in user-requested audits, reports, prioritization, and AI-assisted recommendations
- Maintain the integration, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and provide support
2.3 Storage and Sharing
We use Composio as an integration service provider to maintain the Google authorization and relay read-only Google Analytics requests. For legacy direct connections that have not yet been migrated, Robynn AI may store encrypted access and refresh tokens until the connection is replaced or disconnected. Selected-property metadata, aggregate metrics, and derived reports or snapshots are stored in organization-scoped systems and are available to authorized organization members. Robynn personnel may access this data only with your authorization to provide support, when needed for security or legal obligations, or in an aggregated or de-identified form for internal operations. Service providers may process it only as needed to deliver the requested features.
Aggregate Google Analytics signals may be processed by our AI service providers only when needed to generate a user-facing report, recommendation, or other feature requested through Robynn AI. We do not sell Google user data or use or transfer it for targeted or personalized advertising, data brokerage, credit or lending decisions, or training generalized AI models.
2.4 Retention and Your Controls
Daily per-page Google Analytics metric history is retained for up to 30 days. Current aggregate metrics, selected-property metadata, and generated snapshots or reports are retained for as long as needed to provide the connected features, comply with legal obligations, or until the associated organization or account data is deleted.
Organization administrators can disconnect Google Analytics in the Integrations settings, and a Google account owner can also revoke access through Google Account permissions. Disconnecting or revoking access stops future collection. Previously generated aggregate metrics remain subject to the retention periods above unless you request earlier deletion using the contact information below.
2.5 Google API Limited Use
Robynn AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
8. Conversation Memory
When enabled by an organization administrator, our AI assistant (Rory) may extract and store key facts, decisions, and preferences from your conversations to improve future interactions. This section explains how this feature works.
What We Store
- Extracted facts and decisions (not full conversation transcripts)
- User preferences and instructions for the AI assistant
- Context about your organization's products, audience, and strategy
How It Works
- Memory is disabled by default and must be explicitly enabled by an organization administrator
- Only extracted facts are stored, not complete conversation history
- Facts are scoped to your organization and visible to all organization members
- Extracted facts are automatically deleted after 90 days
- Conversation data is never used to train AI models
Your Controls
- Organization administrators can enable or disable memory at any time via Settings
- Administrators can clear all stored memory facts with one action
- Individual memory facts can be deleted via the API
- Disabling memory stops new fact extraction but existing facts remain until cleared or expired
- Deleting your organization removes all associated memory data

- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
