Hey there Robynn friends,

This week we focused on making Robynn more useful in the moments that matter most: understanding what changed, acting on it faster, and turning work into shareable outputs with less cleanup.

We shipped a more strategic AI Reflections experience, a refreshed dashboard Command Center, and a set of workflow improvements across campaigns, microsites, audits, and long-form content.

1. Strategy — AI Reflections, now built for decisions

Robynn’s reflections experience now goes beyond summarizing changes. It does a better job connecting brand, content, and website updates to the bigger picture so your team can quickly see what matters, why it matters, and where to act next.

Brand Rules and AI Reflections in Robynn
  • Clearer prioritization across recent changes
  • Stronger reasoning and evidence behind recommendations
  • A more useful weekly digest feel for tracking brand and content momentum

2. Visibility — A clearer Command Center, plus better visibility into usage

The dashboard has been redesigned to make it easier to monitor your brand, website performance, and recent activity in one place. We also added real-time token balance updates and faster billing access for account owners, so teams can catch usage issues before they interrupt work.

  • Richer link and page-level website insights
  • A more scannable activity feed and brand overview
  • Live token balance updates and low-balance warnings

3. Execution — Faster execution across campaigns, microsites, audits, and writing

We made several workflow improvements aimed at helping teams move from idea to output faster. You can now work more efficiently from Table Collections, generate more polished microsite packages, get stronger audit outputs, and complete article drafts more quickly.

  • Bulk-friendly campaign actions and CSV upload flows
  • Better microsite style syncing and readability
  • More client-ready audit reports and more reliable PDF exports
  • Faster long-form article generation
  • A new Competitor Roast workflow for quick positioning analysis — Roast your competitor
