Robynn account
Sign up or sign in at robynn.ai. Free accounts work.

Organization admin role
You need to be an admin in your Robynn organization to connect integrations.

Slack app install permission
You need permission to install apps in your Slack workspace.
Does your Slack workspace require app approval?
Some workspaces restrict which apps can be installed. If yours does, a Slack workspace admin needs to pre-approve Robynn first.
1. Go to your Slack App Directory → Manage → Approval requests
2. Find Robynn in the list and approve the request
3. Once approved, the admin can complete the OAuth installation
ADMIN INSTALLATION
One admin installs. The whole team gets access.
A single Robynn org admin completes these steps once through the Robynn dashboard. After that, every member of your Slack workspace can use Rory — no individual setup required.

Open Integrations in Robynn
Sign in to your Robynn dashboard as an organization admin. Go to Settings → Organization → Integrations.
Tip: Only one admin needs to do this

Click Connect on the Slack card
Find the Slack card under the Communication section and click Connect. You'll be redirected to Slack's authorization page.
Tip: Only org admins see Connect

Choose your Slack workspace
If you belong to multiple Slack workspaces, select the one you want to install Rory into.
Tip: Use the dropdown at top of auth screen

Review permissions and click Allow
Slack shows you exactly what Rory can access. Review the permissions, then click Allow. This completes the installation for your entire workspace.

Invite Rory to team channels
Open Slack and invite @Rory to your team's key channels so everyone can start using it.
Tip: Type /invite @Rory in any channel
