What's New in Robynn — Week of April 22, 2026
Guided wizards for Rory, a smarter Brand Monitor, and a redesigned Integrations experience.
Hey there Robynn friends,
This week we focused on making Robynn feel more guided and more reliable — so whether you're sitting down for a quick ad, catching up on brand signal, or pushing a campaign out the door, the next step is already teed up.
We shipped a new set of Rory wizards, meaningful upgrades to the Brand Monitor and Brand Book, a redesigned Integrations management experience, and a long list of reliability and publishing fixes.
1. Rory, now guided — Guided wizards for the work you do most
Rory now opens with a row of focused wizards for the most common marketing jobs. Each wizard walks you through the inputs Rory needs, picks the right agent behind the scenes, and returns a ready-to-edit draft — so you spend less time prompting and more time shipping.
- Ad Creative wizard with 7-channel briefs (LinkedIn, Meta, Google, X) and per-channel char caps
- Product Copy wizard for feature, landing, and product page updates
- Social Post wizard for on-brand posts across your channels
- Newsletter wizard that turns updates into a structured issue
- Plus Article, Landing Page, and Press Release wizards in the same row
- Cleaner Rory sidebar so wizards, threads, and history are easier to find
2. Brand Monitor & Brand Book — A Living Dashboard for your brand, plus owned social signals
Brand Monitor is now an Organization Live Dashboard that tracks website performance, GEO visibility, and market activity in one view. Brand Book and Brand Monitor now share a unified navigation so your team can move between “what we believe” and “what's being said” without losing context — and owned social signals bring LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube into the picture alongside it.
- New Brand Book Living Dashboard with health scoring and usage signals wired in
- Owned social signals for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube inside Brand Monitor
- Unified Brand Book ↔ Brand Monitor navigation
- Cleaner activity feed polish — conditional badges and sentiment alerts
- Safer website fallbacks when a source is temporarily unreachable
3. Integrations, Portfolio & Reliability — A redesigned Integrations experience and a big reliability pass
Integrations management has been redesigned so it's much easier to see what's connected, what needs attention, and what you can add next. Alongside that, we shipped a wide reliability and publishing pass — cleaner handoffs to WordPress and Webflow, stronger portfolio campaign planning, and more resilient playbooks and sessions.
- Redesigned Integrations management with clearer connection state
- New PE Portfolio Dashboard (Phase 1) with prospect audit links surfaced on each company
- Multi-channel Campaign playbook with 6 agents and file upload
- Cleaner markdown rendering on WordPress and Webflow publishing
- Design System v2 migration polish across more of the app
- Improved PDF export fidelity and a new “Download as PDF” option across markdown surfaces
- Playbook autosave recovery so you won't lose in-progress work
- Authentication and session reliability fixes across the board
